More Than an Investigator. A Trusted Professional.
Most investigation firms hire investigators to complete assignments. At Covert, we develop investigative professionals who are trusted to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and own their cases from assignment through completion.
We believe experienced investigators perform their best when they are equipped with the right tools, supported by proven systems, and given the autonomy to do what they do best—investigate.
If you're looking for a company that values initiative over micromanagement, quality over quantity, and professionalism over politics, we'd like to meet you.
As Covert continues to grow throughout Arizona and beyond, we are looking to add one or two exceptional investigators to our team. We're intentionally building a team of professionals who support one another, continuously improve their craft, and take pride in representing the Covert name.
